Richard has over 20 years of experience in sourcing talent and aligning those individuals with large and small companies across Australia and New Zealand. Before moving into recruitment, Richard worked in senior management with US and European multinationals.
Richard has also designed and facilitated Career Counselling and Outplacement Programs, as well as Training Programs and high-volume recruitment campaigns for white and blue-collar roles.

Prior to recruitment, Patrick spent the majority his career in the not-for-profit sector, working in senior and C-suite positions, with the aim to make a difference. He has a wealth of experience, expertise, and in-depth knowledge of the challenges of recruiting senior staff to match the organisation’s needs.
Patrick also consults for several NFPs, assisting with strategic planning, advising on implementing plans, and recruiting appropriate staff. He is also a passionate and active fundraising adviser of the DANII Foundation.
